The Presidents

The YGs have had only 11 Presidents during our illustrious history with the very first; The Right Hon The Earl Fitzwilliam KG, a peer and Liberal politician. The President has and always will play a pivotal role in guiding the Club forward whilst respecting the YGs rich heritage and strong traditions. 

 

Richard head 2010-Present

Richard continues his tenure as President of the Club. The club acknowledges his unstinting enthusiasm and dedication he has brought to the role. Not least in the fact he has run the hugely popular and successful Annual Sportsman's Dinner held in November at The Parsonage Hotel, Escrick since its inception in 1995.
